Beauty and the Beast 2024

 

IMPORTANT - For the parents of the actors and crew

Calendar of rehearsal for the last week:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday February 10-14  from 3:45 to 6:00 pm.
  Light dinner will be provided and children will only be responsible for their Daily and math page, which they can complete in school. They still need to complete their assignments in school but it won't be checked on their Work Completion Card and they will be given extra time if needed.

 

Performances

• Friday February 16 at 7:00pm.
  All actors and crew need to be back to school at 5:00pm. They are allowed to stay after 1:00pm.
• Saturday February 17 at 2:00 pm
  All actors and crew need to be in school at 12:00pm
• Saturday February 17 at 7:00 pm (canceled)
  All actors and crew need to be back to school at 5:00pm (they are allowed to stay in school between performances)

 

What to wear?

• All children received a page explaining what they need to wear under their costume. Parents should have received a text. Please contact us if you didn’t receive instructions.

 

Can you help?

• Please let us know if you can help monitor the children before or in-between the performances. We will bring them to the gym or our playground and will provide light dinners.
• Can you provide food for their light dinners? Please let us know.
