Discovery Updates

Hello,

Please remember that Discovery is closed this week. We are looking forward to welcoming all students back on Monday April 29, at 8:15.

Our 4th and 5th graders will be taking the NJSLA tests. It is very important that they get enough sleep and they come to school on time. At the same time we will have our preparation week for our 6th and 7th graders.

Last Friday we had a fabulous Mom and Daughter Jazz Night thanks to Ms. Shani. The young men from the Circle of Greatness welcomed guests and served dinner prepared by Mr. Grier and Mr. Barnes.
We discovered the fabulous voices of a few moms!!! It is definitely a keeper, and we shall do this again before the year ends!

Newark Enrolls should have released their high school matches. Please let us know which high school your 8th grader got accepted into.

Students in 6th and 7th grade: remember that being present and on time matters; building strong work habits matters.
